- We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our quality products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and refund the remaining amount if you return the item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not be damaged or show any visible signs of wear. We are also not responsible for return shipping costs or import/export fees incurred during the process.
