International Cross-Border Return and Exchange Policy
This policy applies to all orders from Weining Chuangpin Hong Kong Limited and aims to balance consumer rights and seller responsibilities. We comply with China's *Consumer Rights Protection Law*, *E-commerce Law*, and relevant regulations of target markets (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive and US FTC rules). The policy is based on transparency and fairness; in case of quality issues or false advertising, we will provide reasonable refunds. Cross-border orders are subject to local customs and logistics factors.
Important Notes Before Placing an Order
Please carefully review the product description and video demonstration before placing an order to ensure everything is correct. Once the order is submitted, it indicates your full acceptance of the product's current condition.
Returnable/Exchangeable Items: Product quality issues, functional defects, material mismatch, damage during transportation. Handling Method: Please provide photo/video evidence and contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods. We support free returns/exchanges or full refunds. Round-trip shipping costs are borne by us. Other Return/Exchangeable Items: Personal reasons (dislike, incorrect size, etc.). Conditions: Please contact customer service within 3 days of placing the order. Returned items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging. Costs: Round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund (borne by the buyer). Shipping costs must be paid upon receipt. Return/Exchange Process: Contact customer service → Provide order number and evidence of the problem. Return the goods as instructed. Refund processed after inspection → Refund will be returned through the original payment channel, arriving within 3-7 business days. Special Notes: Non-returnable/Exchangeable Items: Customized items, discounted/clearance items. Unrecoverable Situations: Return/exchange requests exceeding the time limit, return/exchange requests without evidence. Dispute Resolution: We prioritize resolution through negotiation. If negotiation fails, you can resolve the issue through Shopify. Mediation or resolution by local consumer protection agencies.
If this policy conflicts with local laws, the local laws shall prevail.
